Director, Donaldson Early Learning Center

This Director is responsible for:  

  *Program and Curriculum development and planning for all children enrolled in the program, with a special focus on inclusionof children with special challenges.     

*  Supporting and Supervising Teachers

*  Developing and conducting a program that offers children experiences through projects, interest areas and relationships with peers and teachers.

*  Developing a curriculum that is emergent, reflective of individual competencies and provides opportunities for skill building.

*Developing a working knowledge of the Arizona Early Childhood Standards.

30-40 hours/week, benefits eligible after 90 days.

Early Childhood Education Coordinator

 
                           Coordinator offers on-site support for curriculum
                                      development in the following areas:  

                                  Inclusion of children with special challenges
                         Use of emergent planning that support AZ ECE Standards
                          Planning with teachers to support children's creativity
                             Documenting children's learning - making it visible!

                  20 hours/week to support one Early Learning Center June and July.
                       This position could grow in the Fall with the start up of two
                                               more Early Learning Centers.
