The EARLY LEARNING CENTERSs enroll children 3 -5 years old, with sensitivity to children with special needs. Enrollment occurs year round, and waiting lists are maintained. The early learning centrs are DES eligible, and offer scholarships / sliding fee scale to ensure that all families have access to our high quality programs.
Families are expected to participate in the life of the school as they are able. For busy families, time is precious and just the few extra minutes spent in the dropping off and picking up of their child/ren is a commitment to offer the child daily reassurance that we care, that we support and that we appreciate the work that they do with their friends and teachers everyday.
Throughout the year, there are celebrations, holidays and traditions that become special invitations to families.
And as fun as celebrations are, there are also times when we invite families to support us in the care of the school - work days that allow us to paint, fix, build, clean and re-organize the environment.
And always, families are invited to meet with, think with and problem solve with teachers - focusing on the curriculum, the learning experiences that we offer to children, and as importantly, the climate of expectations that we create to support the developing social-emotional disposition that reflects the heart of every child in our care and by extension reflects the heart of the school.
